If you belong to multiple organizations (such as a Customer account and Client accounts), you can switch between them using the organization switcher in the sidebar.

Accessing the Organization Switcher

Click on your profile section at the bottom of the sidebar to open the dropdown menu. The menu displays all organizations you’re a member of, plus any pending invitations.

Switching Organizations

Click on the organization you want to switch to from the list. You’ll be automatically switched to that organization’s context, and the dashboard will refresh.
Switching organizations is instant and doesn’t require a page reload. Your view updates immediately to show the selected organization’s data.

Pending Invitations

Organizations with pending invitations show a “Join” badge. Click anywhere on the organization entry with the “Join” badge to accept the invitation. The invitation is automatically accepted, and you’re switched to that organization.

What Changes When Switching

When you switch organizations:
  • Dashboard shows meetings and reports for the selected organization
  • Settings change to the selected organization
  • Your available actions depend on your role in that organization
Make sure you’re in the correct organization context before making changes, as actions apply to the currently selected organization.
