Data Retention
Configure organization-wide data retention limits for tabletop recordings, transcripts, and reports to protect sensitive information and meet compliance.
You can set data retention across the three primary sensitive data items we store in our product. The minimum retention duration is 7 days and maximum is infinite (as long as you have an active subscription). Data for expired subscriptions will be deleted within 30 days.
