You can view the full video recording from your tabletop exercise to watch the complete session and see participant activity throughout the exercise.The recording view displays:
Video playback – The main video feed showing participants during the tabletop exercise
Playback controls – Timeline scrubber, play/pause controls, and current playback position
User timeline – Visual representation of each participant’s activity throughout the recording
The top section shows the main video recording with the active speaker displayed. You can see who is speaking at any given moment during the exercise, with participant names displayed on the video feed.
Below the video playback, you’ll see a detailed timeline showing participant activity:
Individual participant rows – Each participant has their own timeline row labeled with their name
Activity indicators – Colored bars represent periods when each participant was active (speaking, screen sharing, etc.)
Color coding – Different participants are represented by different colors to make it easy to distinguish activity patterns
Timeline alignment – All participant timelines are aligned with the main recording timeline, so you can see who was active at any point in the recording
The user timeline helps you quickly identify:
Which participants were most active during the exercise
When different participants spoke or shared content
