You can export any tabletop report as a PDF for easy sharing or record-keeping.

Accessing Export

On the Tabletop Report page, open the Actions menu (⋯) in the top-right corner and select Export Report.

Export Preferences

Click the Export Preferences button (⚙️) to customize what’s included in your export. You can choose to include or exclude:
  • Executive Summary – High-level overview of key findings and outcomes
  • Action Items – Tasks or improvements identified during the exercise
  • Lessons Learned – Insights and takeaways captured by participants
  • Next TTX Recommendations – Suggestions for future exercises
  • Knowledge Base Modules – IR Plan Gaps analysis (if enabled)
  • Ally Cover Image – Include or exclude the Ally Security cover image
The PDF preview updates in real-time as you change preferences.

PDF Layout

The exported PDF includes:
  • Cover page – Report title, company name, company logo (if set), presenter name, and optional Ally cover image
  • Page numbers – Each page shows “Page X of Y” in the footer
  • Report ID – Appears in the footer for reference
  • Branding – “Powered by Ally (ally.security)” appears in the footer
If your organization has a logo set, it will be used in the exported PDF instead of the Ally logo. The logo appears on the cover page and throughout the document.

Downloading

Use the PDF viewer’s download button to save your customized export. The file is typically named based on the report title.

Permissions

  • Account Owners – Can export any report
  • Admins – Can export any report
  • View-only users – Can export reports they have access to view
Demo reports, processing reports, and failed reports cannot be exported.
