You can export any tabletop report as a PDF for easy sharing or record-keeping. When exporting, you can choose which sections to include:
  • Executive Summary – High-level overview of key findings and outcomes
  • Action Items – Tasks or improvements identified during the exercise
  • Lessons Learned – Insights and takeaways captured by participants
  • Next TTX Recommendations – Suggestions for future exercises
After selecting the sections you want, the system generates a PDF with those components included. If your organization has a logo set, it will be used in the exported PDF instead of the Ally logo.

Where to Export

On the Tabletop Report page, open the Actions menu (⋯) in the top-right corner and select Export Report.
